DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
Leitung, Motivation und Entwicklung von Labormitarbeitern der beiden Laborgruppen Ausgansmaterialien und BakteriologiePlanung und Zuweisung von Aufgaben, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Prioritäten.Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP/GLP-Richtlinien, internen SOPs und relevanten Pharmakopöen in den Bereichen Ausgangsmaterialien und Bakteriologie.Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätskontrollverfahren und -systemen als SME für die Bereiche Ausgangsmaterialien und Bakteriologie.Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, OOS-Ergebnissen und CAPAs als SME der Fachbereiche.Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits.Verantwortung für die Prüfung und Freigabe von Rohstoffen, Hilfsstoffen und Verpackungsmaterialien sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Durchführung von Identitäts-, Reinheits- und Gehaltsprüfungen.Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung von Lieferanten und der Spezifikationsentwicklung.Sicherstellung der Qualität der Produkte durch Leitung und Überwachung mikrobiologischer Prüfungen, einschließlich Bioburden, Endotoxinprüfungen und mikrobieller Identifizierung sowie Prüfungen des Hygiene- und Umweltmonitoring.Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Validierung neuer Methoden.WAS DU MITBRINGST
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Biologie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie, Chemie oder einem vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fach.Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Qualitätskontrolllabor, idealerweise im Bereich Tiergesundheit oder Pharma.Nachweisliche Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Ausgangsmaterialprüfung und mikrobiologische Analysen.Umfassende Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Richtlinien und relevanter Pharmakopöen.Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und SAP.Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, analytisches Denkvermögen und Detailorientierung.Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftWAS WIR BIETEN

Your Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance & Reliability Intern to spearhead a critical project for our engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on strengthening our asset management strategy by building our entire spare parts management system from the ground up within SAP.
What You'll Do:
Build the Foundation: Consolidate all existing spare parts information from various sources to create the first-ever master data list for our site.Technical Data Acquisition: Proactively contact equipment vendors and technical partners to acquire missing spare parts lists and specifications.Reliability & Criticality Analysis: Perform a systematic criticality assessment on all spare parts to determine their impact on equipment uptime. You will also support the broader Asset Criticality Assessment for site equipment, a key input for our maintenance strategy.CMMS/SAP Implementation: Prepare and execute the migration of the complete, clean spare parts list into our SAP CMMS, transforming it into a powerful tool for maintenance planning and execution.Develop Inventory Strategy: Define initial procurement rules in SAP (, safety stocks, re-order points) based on part criticality, vendor lead times, and consumption data to ensure the right parts are available when needed.Ensure Data Integrity & Train Users: Conduct data validation checks post-migration and support the training of our maintenance technicians on the new workflow, empowering them to maintain data accuracy.Who You Are:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a closely related technical field.A strong, interest in maintenance, reliability, asset management, and operational excellence.Highly organized with a methodical approach to data management and problem-solving.An excellent communicator, .Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.Bonus Points: Familiarity with maintenance concepts like preventive maintenance (PM), CMMS, or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) . Prior exposure to SAP is desirable.What We Offer
