Tasks Providing legal advice with a focus on European information technology law and data protection law Advising Nintendo of Europe business units, as well as Nintendo Japan Legal and developers on technology-related legal matters and projects concerning the European region Supporting legal drafting and review of letters, contracts and other IT law or data protection-related documents for the European region Collaborating with and receiving guidance from the Senior European Legal Advisors in the team
Requirements German law degree; a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in IT law would be a plus Ideally several years post-qualification work experience Excellent knowledge of German civil law, IT law, and privacy laws Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills Very good communication skills paired with a team oriented mindset and diligent working style

Advising Nintendo of Europe business units, as well as Nintendo Japan Legal and IP Department on IP-related legal matters and IP litigations concerning the European region
Supporting legal drafting and review of letters, contracts and other IP law or litigation-related documents for the European region
Collaborating with and receiving guidance from the Intellectual Property Manager in the team and the Team Lead IP
Requirements German law degree; a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in IP law or relevant patent litigation experience would be a plus
Ideally first post-qualification work experience
Excellent knowledge of German procedural law, copyright law, and patent laws
Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills

Tasks Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB and IAS/IFRS)
Determintation, reconciliation and posting of prepaid expenses and accruals as well as other items of the general ledger
Monthly reconciliation of various general ledger accounts
Check of posting proposal lists of parked incoming invoices and payment proposal lists with regard to compliance with external and internal guidelines
Handling of VAt returns & refunds, and statistics for German government
Contact person for questions related to accounting according to HGB and IAS/IFRS
Preparing the advance sales tax return
Preparing of account reconciliations and integrity checking
Maintaining Accounting Manuals & CoA descriptions & the correct use thereof
Creation of statistics and evaluations
Participation in cross-departmental projects
Supporting Senior Manager of Accounting
Requirements Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and/or commercial education with further training as an accountant (IHK), ideally as an international accountant (IHK)
Several years of professional experience in the described field
Excellent knowledge of the accounting regulations according to HGB and IAS/IFRS
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
Excellent knowledge in working with SAP/S4 Hana
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
