To strengthen its operations, the Luxembourg office is seeking a Fund Administrator with solid knowledge of AIF and UCITS, eager to take on broader responsibilities within a supportive environment. Your Responsibilities | Fund Administration – Funds – Corporate – Legal – Compliance - AIF You maintain accurate investor and company records as well as statutory documents, and also assist with company secretarial matters. You follow up on fund operations such as capital calls, equalizations and distributions. You participate in the onboarding of new funds and oversee investor transactions. You ensure accurate reporting for internal teams, the Board, and regulatory authorities. You coordinate with the other legal, accounting, and compliance departments, as well as external service providers, to ensure smooth execution of operations. You identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, improving quality and efficiency. Profile and Career Path | Fund Administration – Funds – Corporate – Legal – Compliance - AIF You ideally hold a degree in finance, law, or economics and you have at least 4 years of experience in fund administration in Luxembourg. Experience in a large service provider in Luxembourg is preferred, as you will have a very similar role but inhouse . Of course, inhouse experience is also considered. You have a strong understanding of AIFMD and UCITS regulations and their application in the local context. You are fluent in English and are keen to join an environment with people coming from all over the world, and in a multicultural environment as a result.
