    About the role

    We are looking for a Senior Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls to support the Group Reporting team's consolidation, disclosure, and financial compliance. In addition, this role will play a critical part in the Group's key strategic finance initiatives by partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external professional advisors.


    Your Responsibilities

    As a Senior Reporting Specialist, you will be a key contributor to developing the Group's reporting framework and advancing major strategic finance initiatives

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Strategic Finance Project Support: Full involvement in financial work related to major capital markets and strategic finance projects, including but not limited to audit working paper and materials preparation, financial data organization, external audit coordination, and due diligence responses

    • Financial Report Preparation and Compliance: Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring strict adherence to internationally recognized accounting standards (such as US GAAP, IFRS) and other relevant standards. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and filing periodic Group financial reports as required by relevant regulatory authorities

    • External Professional Liaison: Deeply engage with and coordinate external auditors, tax advisors, and other advisor teams. Effectively communicate significant accounting matters to support the successful execution of the Group's major finance initiatives and ongoing compliance thereafter

    • Internal Control Optimization and Internal Control Audit: Drive the continuous optimization and upgrade of the company's internal control systems, financial processes, and policies to enhance financial operational efficiency and compliance

    • Group Accounting Policy and Accounting Standard Updates: Streamline and harmonize the Group's accounting policies, assess the impact of accounting standard updates on the company's business and financial statements, and provide professional accounting treatment solutions

    • Consolidated Financial Statements and Business Analysis: Responsible for or assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the Group, with familiarity in financial statement conversions across different accounting standards. Participate in financial analysis and provide financial insights into company decision-making

    • Special Accounting Matters Handling: Prepare professional accounting memos for new business initiatives or significant accounting matters, and provide corresponding accounting treatment recommendations

    Your Profile

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related financial discipline

    Wirtschaftsprüfer, AICPA (American CPA), ACCA certificate, or other equivalent qualifications, with all examination sections passed

    3-5 years of audit experience from an international Big Four accounting firm, or relevant Group financial reporting experience at a multinational listed company

    Proven experience in participating in listing or major capital markets audit projects, as well as establishing corporate internal control systems and supporting or conducting internal control audits

    Experience in financial roles within robotics or manufacturing companies is a plus

    Fluent oral communication skills in English, and able to independently review and draft complex English audit and financial documents

    The AI Research Division of Agile Robots is looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) AI Projects, who will coordinate the planning, delivery, and resourcing of AI and robotics projects across engineering, research, and operations teams.


    Your Responsibilities

    Project Delivery: Define objectives, plan, and schedule projects, owning task allocation, resourcing, and execution through to deployment across distributed stakeholder locations.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the interface between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, maintaining alignment on goals, milestones, and progress.Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum and Kanban.Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues that threaten milestones or delivery commitments.Hardware Procurement: Manage procurement of hardware and related equipment, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders on acquisition, delivery, and allocation within project budgets.Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine project workflows and run post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.

    Essential Skills

    Background: Degree in robotics, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience managing technical projects.Project Management: Experience managing complex technical projects with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), preferably in automation or robotics environments.Communication: Verbal and written communication that translates technical concepts for varied audiences.Technical Grounding: Working understanding of robotic system components, including sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.Language: Fluency in English, written and spoken.


    Beneficial Skills

    Technical Tools: Experience with ROS, Python, and Linux-based environments.Chinese Language: Proficiency in Chinese.Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to stakeholder and customer locations (25–40%), primarily in East Asia.

    Robotiksoftware: Entwicklung von Steuerungs-, Bewegungs- und Ablauflogik für neue Robotik- und Automatisierungskonzepte in C++ und Python.Systemintegration: Zusammenführung von Wahrnehmung, Sensorik und Steuerung zu einem funktionierenden Roboterverhalten.Simulation: Aufbau und Nutzung von Simulation und virtueller Inbetriebnahme, um Konzepte vor dem Hardwareaufbau zu validieren.Angewandte KI: Einsatz von Methoden des maschinellen Lernens oder der Bildverarbeitung dort, wo sie die Machbarkeit oder Leistung einer Lösung messbar verbessern.Inbetriebnahme: Software-Bring-up, Test und Fehlersuche auf realer Hardware gemeinsam mit dem Hardware-Engineering.Wiederverwendbare Komponenten: Aufbau wiederverwendbarer Softwarebausteine und Werkzeuge, die über einzelne Proof-of-Concepts hinaus nutzbar sind.
