    Job Purpose

    About the Role
    As a Program Implementation Manager – Margin Management Performance, you will play a key role in enabling and embedding AkzoNobel's global Margin Management Performance (MMP) framework. You will drive the implementation of standardised processes, reporting and analytics that improve pricing performance and margin management across our Business Units.


    Working closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, Master Data Management and regional stakeholders, you will help establish consistent global standards, implement robust reporting and performance management processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen commercial decision making.

    Key Responsibilities
    In this role, you will:
    • Drive global implementation: Support the development and rollout of AkzoNobel's global Margin Management Performance framework across Business Units and functions.
    • Develop reporting and analytics: Design and implement standard reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards that provide clear visibility of pricing performance, margin delivery and improvement opportunities.
    • Enable data-driven decision making: Work with Finance, IT and Master Data teams to ensure consistent reporting definitions, reliable data and effective integration with business planning processes, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
    • Lead process standardisation: Develop and document global standard processes, ensuring they are embedded across systems, accessible to stakeholders and supported by appropriate governance.
    • Deliver continuous improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities, reduce complexity and drive initiatives that improve margin performance and commercial effectiveness across the organisation.


    Other Responsibilities
    • Lead or coordinate projects supporting global margin management process improvements and system implementations.
    • Build strong relationships with Business Unit Pricing & Margin Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of global standards.
    • Develop process documentation, training materials and best practice guidance to support successful implementation.
    • Establish and facilitate global communities of practice, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing and capability development.
    • Monitor implementation progress, manage risks and report programme performance to senior stakeholders.

    Job Purpose

    The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key enterprise clients in packaging industry. This role focuses on client retention, business expansion and revenue/profit growth, acts as the primary client contact, and ensures high-quality service delivery to achieve company sales and long-term partnership development goals.

    Key Accountabilities

    Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients, deeply explore client demands and drive sustainable business growth. Take charge of sales target achievement for assigned key accounts, expand business opportunities, and improve account profitability. Maintain high-level client relationships, conduct regular business communication and visit, and timely resolve cooperation problems to ensure client satisfaction.     Experience

Familiar with full-cycle key account operation, with outstanding business negotiation, demand mining and market development capabilities. Proficient in oral and written English for daily international business communication and negotiation. CET-6 or a certificate of an equivalent level. Skilled in Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Understanding or familiarity with Six Sigma project management and quality management systems is preferred

    Your Responsibility

    • Develop and execute account/customer plans in alignment with Regional Management and Marketing
    • Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline for the assigned key accounts
    • Deliver agreed financial and non-financial targets in line with business budgets
