Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Proven ability to manage complex HR situations with rigor, discretion, and excellent communication skills. Your profile: You are graduated in business administration, economics, law or finance; You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, ideally within the fund industry or a similar regulated environment. You have a good understanding of Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws and regulations); You are fluent in English. Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory Preparation of monthly and/or quarterly financial reports (interim accounts, BCL reports, VAT returns, etc.); Preparation of eCDF reports; Drafting of annual financial statements; Review of payment orders and follow up; Review of delegated tasks to more junior/ senior accountants. Follow up of audits queries; Manage and develop a small team in the accounting department and also be in charge of the coordination, review and validation of all work delivered by the team; Expected to have regular interaction / communication with clients; Expected to take lead and contribute in internal projects and remain up to date with industry developments; Liaison with accounting senior managers, as well as internal teams. Your profile: You hold a diploma in accounting (BTS, Bachelor’s degree or Graduate/Master’s degree).
