Als Development and Integration Engineer für MEMS-Technologie (m/w/d) treiben und steuern Sie innovative Technologieentwicklungen für komplexe Produkte mit Schwerpunkt auf Integration (einschließlich Terminplanung und Kundenschnittstelle).
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Umsetzung der Entwicklungsziele gemeinsam mit Ihrem Expertenteam; Sie erreichen diese Ziele durch eine Kombination aus intensiver, kooperativer Zusammenarbeit, einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und selbstständigem Arbeiten.
Darüber hinaus nutzen Sie neue Technologien und Materialien und führen sowohl technische als auch wirtschaftliche Bewertungen der Machbarkeit neuer Prozesse durch.
Sie koordinieren interne Schnittstellen in Entwicklung und Fertigung, um Lösungen zu erarbeiten, und steuern deren Umsetzung vom Entwicklungsstart bis zur Serienreife.
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Zusammenarbeit mit Forschungsinstituten in der Grundlagenentwicklung sowie für das Management von Qualitätsbewertungen und Prozessfreigaben.
