  Citadines Michel Hamburg sucht eine motivierte, aktive und einfallsreiche Rezeptionistin (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder einen
  Rezeptionisten zur Verstärkung seines Front Office Teams. Deine Kollegen

  Unsere Hotels sind rund um die Uhr geöffnet, daher arbeitet
  die Rezeption in Früh- (AM-PM) oder Spätschichten (PM-PM). In Ausnahmefällen
  sind auch Nachtschichten erforderlich.

  Ein Rezeptionist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit ist verantwortlich für:

  
  
  
  Allgemeine Rezeptionsaufgaben
  im Front- und Backoffice, Check-In / CheckOut unserer Gäste, Bearbeitung
  von E-Mails und Gästeanfragen
  Einen herzlichen Empfang und
  eine angenehme Verabschiedung unserer Gäste, die Erfüllung ihrer
  Erwartungen durch ständiges Bemühen um eine individuelle Gestaltung ihres
  Aufenthalts, ihrer Reisezwecke, Pläne usw.
  Initiative bei der Erfüllung
  der Kundenwünsche auf einfallsreiche Weise
  Proaktives Lernen und
  Weiterentwickeln von administrativen Aufgaben, Verfahren, Prozessen und
  Standards sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung
  Sicherstellung, dass alle
  Aufgaben während der Schicht gemäß den erforderlichen Standards ausgeführt
  werden, und Übernahme der Verantwortung für die vollständige Übergabe an
  alle relevanten Parteien/Schichten
  
  
  

  Um in der
  Position als Rezeptionist (m/w/d) erfolgreich zu sein, solltest Du:

  
  
  
  Flüssige Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  haben (in Wort und Schrift)
  Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im
  Umgang mit Gästen und die Fähigkeit, ihnen im gesamten Hotel ein unvergessliches
  Erlebnis zu bieten
  Bereitschaft, sich schnell in
  IT-Systeme einzuarbeiten
  Kommunikationsstärke und die
  Fähigkeit, sich entsprechend den unterschiedlichen Erwartungen der Gäste
  zu organisieren
  Organisiert, motiviert und ein

  Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works
  on an early (AM-PM) or late (PM-PM) shift basis. Night shifts are also

  You will support our team in providing our guests with

  A Receptionist (m/f/d) will be responsible for:

  
  
  
  General
  reception duties in the front and back office, checking guests in and out,
  processing emails and guest enquiries
  Offering
  a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests, managing
  expectations by constantly seeking opportunities to personalise their
  needs, travel purposes, plans, etc
  Taking
  initiative in accommodating the customers’ needs in a resourceful manner
  Being
  pro-active in the learning and development of administrative tasks,
  procedures, processes and standards and ensure correct practice
  Ensuring
  that all shift tasks are carried out according to the required standard
  and take responsibility in providing full handovers to all relevant
  parties/shifts
  
  
  

  To be successful in the role of Receptionist (m/f/d), we

  Speak
  fluent German and English (both written and verbal)
  Excellent
  guest engagement skills with the ability to bring the guest experience to
  life throughout the hotel
  Willingness
  to learn and work with IT systems quickly
  Strong
  communication skills and the ability to organise yourself according to the
  different expectations of guests
  Organised,
