Die Herausforderung
Verantwortung für die Planung, Projektierung, Koordination & Umsetzung unserer Ladeinfrastrukturprojekte (E-Mobilität) im B2B-Large sowie eTransport Kundensegment
Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der Projekte, von der Vertragsunterschrift des Kunden (Schnittstelle Vertrieb) bis hin zur technischen Inbetriebnahme (Schnittstelle Operations) und Abrechnung des Bauvorhabens.
Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Erstellung von Ladeinfrastruktur-Konzepten sowie bei der Bewertung von technischen Machbarkeiten (Begleitung des Projektes bereits in der Vertriebsphase)
Überprüfung, Beauftragung und Steuerung von internen sowie externen Dienstleistern aus den Gewerken Elektro und Tiefbau zur fristgerechten Umsetzung von Projekten in Budget
Regelmäßige Begehung und Begleitung der Bauvorhaben vor Ort
CRM-basierte Datenpflege in den Vertrags- und Kundendaten sowie im Projekt
Datenpflege im Backend-System inkl. Vorbereitung der Inbetriebnahme, welche dann durch Operations erfolgt
Sicherstellung einer sehr hohen Kundenzufriedenheit während der Abwicklung von Projekten
Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagements inkl. der dazugehörigen (IT-)Prozesse
Ein Background, der überzeugt
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (präferiert im Bereich Energie und Elektrotechnik) oder technische Ausbildung (Meisterprüfung, Elektrotechniker) oder vergleichbar
Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Energiedienstleistungen (Hardware inkl. Dienstleistungen)
Erfahrung in der Elektroinstallations- sowie Baubranche sind von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Software wie z.B. AUTOCAD oder Alpi Caneco oder vergleichbaren Programmen
Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement und/oder der Steuerung von Dienstleistern
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem mit Excel und PowerPoint
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Reisebereitschaft

You are responsible for:
Supporting the Chief of Staff to E.ON Drives Board in structuring and leading key transformation- and change topics in E.ON Drives hyper-growth stage
Bring own impulses to challenge and work with the Chief of Staff and the Board
Facilitate, lead change projects in close coordination with the leadership team
Support in sparring with the E.ON Drive Board
Plan and execute leadership meetings and continuously improving these
Propose and drive the strategy process for achieving customer centric hyper growth
Focus on designing, leading the OKRs approach with OKR champions
Ensure key decisions and organizational changes are communicated-, foster caring culture
Spearheading EBS Program at E.ON Drive, as part of a group wide initiative to transform and improve our ways of working

To succeed in this role, the following skills and experience will help you:
Min. 3 years of business- and change management experience:
proven track record in organizational development, organizational culture, digitalization, efficiency/performance projects and restructuring
strong external and strategic orientation (customer-, market-, and organizational trends, etc.), ability to transport insights into priorities and action for the organization
Strong skills in managing change and collaborating with others in uncertain environments:

Your tasks
You lead and steer all Supply Chain activities as Procurement Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on project level basis and interface in cross-functional project teams
You deliver business support by ensuring the most cost effective and scalable supply chain set up
You provide support in large CAPEX projects
You are the procurement expert within the project team across business and category managers to drive effective application of best-in-class methodologies along the sourcing process such as Design-to-Cost, Value Engineering or other cost modelling techniques
You carry out cost analyses (e.g. total cost of ownership) and coordinate and manage procurement risks
You are responsible for ensuring the required supplier performance by measuring and monitoring KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews
You work together with operational purchasing in the processing of orders in our IT systems
You manage the full operational sourcing process (including demand/market analysis, RFI, RFPs, negotiation, contracting and supplier implementation) in close collaboration with the project team
You coordination purchasing activities between project team and international / regional categories
Your profile
Relevant academic degree (Master or equivalent) or similar education/apprenticeship
Several years of experience in operational / strategic procurement of international categories across different roles, e.g. as technical buyer, project procurement manager buyer or category manager
Relevant experience in complex procurement, tender and award processes, e.g. in the context of large CAPEX projects and/or experience in collaboration with cross-functional project teams, especially in the area of new product/service development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of purchasing tools, e.g. in the areas of SAP, SRM, eSourcing and eAuctions
Knowledge of the use of common methods and tools for cost analysis
