Main responsibilities Support your Director and Partner in developing our valuation desk and maintains excellent client relationships; Participate in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews; Take part in the structuring of private equity and real estate transactions; Design valuation and pricing models; Tackle challenging valuations for options and warrants; Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private securities, using accepted and relevant approaches and theory; Participate in real estate valuations; Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement; Present your conclusions in written reports. Main requirements Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management; From 1 to 4 years’ experience in Valuation in an audit or consulting firm, or as analyst in an investment bank, asset manager, private equity house or rating agency ( ideally in Luxembourg ); Fluent in English (any other language is considered an asset); Enrolment in a professional qualification such as CFA, CAIA is a plus; Attention to details and willingness to take on responsibilities inside our team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to prioritise tasks and master new industries quickly. 3, 2, 1… Get ready to go beyond and apply!
