    About the Role

    As a strategic leader within the People Experience team and leader of the Talent Management Center of Excellence COE), the Director of Talent Management architects and executes forward-thinking talent strategies that fuel innovation, scale leadership, and accelerate employee growth. This role integrates performance management, learning and development, leadership and executive development, and high-potential talent strategy to build a resilient, future-ready workforce. Leveraging digital platforms, AI-powered learning ecosystems, and data-driven insights, the Director partners closely with senior executives and COE teams to shape a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and excellence.     What You Will Do

    Strategic Talent Management

    Partner with the Workforce Transformation team to design and implement scalable talent strategies that align with the company’s growth trajectory, product roadmap, and evolving workforce needs.

    Partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners to identify critical capabilities and build future-ready talent pipelines.

    Performance Management

    Lead the transformation of performance management into a dynamic, real-time feedback culture.

    Implement agile goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs) and performance calibration processes that drive accountability and innovation.

    Learning & Development

    Build a digital-first learning ecosystem that supports technical upskilling, leadership development, and career mobility.

    Leverage AI-driven platforms, microlearning, and cohort-based programs to deliver personalized learning experiences.

    Leadership & Executive Development

    Design and deliver leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and executive leaders, including coaching, assessments, and immersive experiences.

    Partner with the executive team to build succession plans and readiness strategies for critical leadership roles.

    High-Potential (HiPo) Talent Strategy

    Define and operationalize HiPo identification frameworks using data, assessments, and manager input.

    Create accelerated development journeys for HiPo talent, integrating stretch assignments, mentorship, and visibility opportunities.

    Employee Development & Career Growth

    Drive career architecture and development planning that supports internal mobility and retention.

    What You Need

    Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

    10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, preferably in high-growth tech or digital environments.

    Proven success in designing and scaling talent strategies in dynamic, matrixed organizations.

    Expertise in performance management, leadership development, executive coaching, and HiPo strategy.

    Strong fluency in talent analytics, digital learning platforms, and agile methodologies.

    Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Manager to join our HARMAN Automotive AI Lab. HARMAN Automotive is a pioneer in developing the consumer experience automotive grade. Our mission is to redefine the in-cabin experience with our iconic brands such as HARMAN, JBL, Infinity, Mark Levinson, Bang & Olufsen, Bowers & Wilkins, Revel and Lexicon.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong impact focus and experience in developing, deploying, and managing AI solutions in production environments. You should also have experience working with popular cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, etc.) and developing cloud-based solutions.

    In this high-impact position, you will lead a team of ML experts and collaborate with global product management and automotive engineering teams on definition, design, and implementation of compelling orchestration AI automotive solutions.

    What You Will Do:

    Lead the Orchestration AI team to develop and implement AI solutions that significantly enhance business outcomes and align with strategic objectives.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

    Work closely with business units to drive the development of AI-based features across our product portfolio.

    Oversee the long-term architectural planning ensuring scalability, adaptability and integration in automotive products.

    Explain complex concepts and models to stakeholders and customers.

    Promote a data-centric culture at HARMAN, supporting our progression towards a technology-driven company.

    What You Need to be Successful:

    7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing production-level ML & AI solutions.

    Proficiency in Python and popular ML & AI frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, etc.).

    Extensive knowledge in building data preparation and evaluation pipelines (e.g. Airflow, MLflow, Databricks, etc.).

    Solid understanding of (AWS) cloud computing with Docker.

    Proficiency in classical software development tools (e.g. Git, SQL, command-line tools etc.).

    At least 3 years of leadership experience.

    Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Bonus Points if You Have:

    Experience in C++, Java, or web development.

    Experience in the areas of generative AI (in particular large language models).

    About the Role

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support the HW+ Hardware, Mechanical, BIOS) transformational strategy within Harman Automotive. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that continuously improve engineering efficiency and effectiveness, working on tools, processes, services, and methods that enable engineers to plan, build, test, and release high-quality hardware solutions. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into large-scale transformation programs and play an active role in shaping the future of engineering at HARMAN.

The team drives innovation and transformation across Harman Automotive, engaging with hundreds of stakeholders globally.     What You Will Do

    As a Working Student, your responsibilities will include:

    Supporting the HW+ Effectivity Program (2024–2030 roadmap), including scoping, requirements, gap analysis, steering, and cross-functional alignment.Assisting in program modelling, KPI tracking, and defining future states of HW+ development.Contributing to key initiatives, such as:Knowledge Management System for lessons learned and best practices.Design FMEA Workstreams: methodology governance, tool development, and library maintenance.HW+ Components Workstreams: driving adoption of preferred and multi-source components, and supporting should-cost analysis.HW+ Engineering Community: supporting global knowledge-sharing activities, Q&A, surveys, and innovation exchanges.Shift-left Development: mapping existing tools/methods, evaluating marketplace tools, and helping define future solutions for faster, error-free development.

    What You Need to Be Successful

    Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).Basic understanding of electrical and electronic development and automotive electronic products.Proficiency with office tools (Excel, MS Office, MS Teams).Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and eagerness to learn.Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
