We in the Find team make the world's addresses and places findable. Our daily work is all about optimizing and writing new code, coming up with new or improved ways to understand the query of our customers and enhancing our APIs. We are proud to have top software engineers, machine learning specialists and mathematicians in our team which is spread across offices in the USA, India and Germany.
The HERE Find team provides services for accurate location information retrieval and plays a key role in the HERE platform. Well-known enterprises leverage our services and platform for locating addresses and location tracking at a rate of thousands of hits each second.
We are looking for a passionate, experienced software engineer to strengthen our API team.
The API is at the forefront of the Geocoding & Search service, our face to customers.
Per month it is serving tens of billions of requests, tens of thousands of customers, and collecting millions of end-user signals, all growing. For this, it has to be highly concurrent, highly scalable and super resilient.
As part of the team, you will:

Who are you?

Lead the Professional Services Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure seamless execution and governance across the entire customer-facing delivery portfolio. 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise program delivery, service operations, or technology consulting, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global functions.Extensive expertise in the automotive industry, including direct experience with in-vehicle navigation systems, infotainment platforms, digital cockpit systems, and embedded software delivery for OEMs or Tier-1s.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and security solutions.Proven ability to lead large global teams and deliver multi-million-dollar programs in a complex, customer-centric environment.Experience with full P&L ownership, including financial planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management.Strong command of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe), service management frameworks (., ITIL), and enterprise governance models.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience interfacing with senior automotive executives.PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications preferred.Willingness to travel internationally (~10–20%) to support customers and internal operations.What We Offer
