Main Responsibilities:

Job Title: Commercial and Contract Manager
Job Location: Dusseldorf or Munich
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze commercial/legal/delivery risks in pre-sales and execution phase
Design commercial solutions and drafting sales contracts
Respond to commercial conditions of tenders (Rfx) and prepare relevant commercial documents
Leads complex contract negotiations and manages all changes in and addendums to existing contracts
Identifies potential improvements to existing contract
Risk/Penalty Management during project fulfillment/execution
Ensure the highest level of sales contract quality in particular to compliancy to contractual obligations/internal requirements and laws and regulations
Support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities and define appropriate strategy by providing commercial/contractual models.
Requirements:
Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, international trade, or law
Experience of working with world leading energy business will be very desirable
Five years or more experience with bidding commercial activities in a similar environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability present to customer
Project fulfillment risk management background
Good contract and business letter drafting skill
Financial/economic analysis experience and skill is an advantage
Excellent English and German skills in written and spoken.
