This position is limited up to 12 months and can be based in Munich or in Berlin.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a P&O Partner dedicated to the transformation of our Tech & Product organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, enabling business growth, and building a high-performing culture. You will work closely with our CPTO, senior leaders and employees to implementstrategies that support the evolution of our technology and product teams during a period of significant transformation.
Act as a trusted advisor to Tech & Product leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to support transformation goals.Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new ways of working.Identify skill gaps, support upskilling/reskilling initiatives, and partner with L&D to develop measures tailored to the evolving needs of the tech and product teams.Advise on restructuring, role definition, and team dynamics to enable agile, scalable, and efficient tech and product functions.Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on fairness, compliance, and business needs.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is located in Munich, Germany, with 2 to 3 days working from the office.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the corporate income tax compliance process for European entities (e.g. coordination of the tax returns procedure in cooperation with external tax advisors)Act as the first point of contact, manage tax audits (especially of German entities)Support regarding Tax Reporting purposes (in particular Current and Deferred Taxes); working closely with financial teams to ensure accuracy and strategic alignmentSupport regarding VAT and Withdrawal TaxesManage Transfer Pricing related matters (e.g. Master File, CbCR and Local Files)Continuously assess and implement tax process improvements, leveraging digitalization and automation to enhance efficiency. Midterm you will lead the implementation of a Tax Compliance Management System (CMS) to take us to the next levelEducate and empower internal teams, ensuring tax awareness is embedded in decision-making across the organizationPreferred ExperienceA degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or Law, with extensive experience in international and German taxationCertification as German tax advisorProven expertise in corporate income tax (incl.
