Your Role As a bartender at Jane, you are more than just a skilled mixologist you’re a warm, charismatic presence behind the bar. You craft drinks with care, contribute to the rhythm of service, and help create memorable experiences for every guest. The start date is scheduled for mid-October. Responsibilties: o Prepare cocktails and drinks with speed, consistency, and precision o Bring our beverage menu to life through storytelling and product knowledge o Keep the bar area organized, clean, and stocked throughout service o Support mise-en-place: garnishes, prep, batching, glassware, etc. o Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless flow o Engage with guests when appropriate — listen, gather feedback, build relationships o Maintain a calm, polished and welcoming presence behind the bar o Participate in the evolution of the drinks list with creativity and curiosity What We’re Looking For o Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment (can consider writing - Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire (bar, mixologie, etc.).) o Vous détenez un diplôme ou certificat relatif à la fonction / Vous êtes familiarisé(e) avec les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité en restauration. o Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des spiritueux, liqueurs, bières et autres produits liés à votre fonction. o Passion for cocktails, wine, spirits and hospitality o Charisma and strong communication skills o Attention to detail, clean work habits, and good time management o Curious, open to learning, and confident sharing feedback o Fluent in English; French and/or Luxembourgish is a plus What We Offer: o Permanent, full-time CDI o Two consecutive days off/week o Attractive group benefits o Tailored onboarding and training o Career growth within a forward-thinking hospitality group
