What you'll do— Handle customer interactions via phone, email and chat in German
— Provide accurate information on products and services
— Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally
Requirements— German C1/C2 or native
— English professional working level
— Previous customer service experience preferred
— Strong communication and problem-solving skills
— Flexibility for rotative schedules (Mon–Sun)
Work Schedule— Rotational shifts 10:00 – 21:30
— 5 working days + 2 days off
— Schedule provided well in advance
