YOUR ROLE
As an Enterprise Communication Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that communication strategies align with the overall business objectives of the organization, whether at a global level or within a specific market or country.
As a Digital Communications Manager, you will collaborate on and skillfully implement digital communications strategies to successfully position P&G and its brands in an ever-changing environment.
In this role, you will take responsibility for developing and helping to shape P&G Germany's digital communications platforms and channels. In doing so, you will work with many different internal and external partners in multifunctional teams and give our messages impact in the digital space.
You ensure your successful storytelling through emotionally moving texts, images and videos. You will ensure that this is implemented in a coordinated and targeted manner across all channels - live, online, social and print.
To do this, you will engage with the entire communications team as well as with external partner agencies, record podcasts, shoot videos and create newsletters. You will also be responsible for monitoring all digital channels which includes crafting reports, conducting real-time analytics and optimizing our metrics.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a "digital native" with a successfully completed bachelor's or master’s degree in online communications. 1-2 years initial professional experience in digital communications and/or journalistic work is mandatory. Competent use of language and writing style in both German (native/C2) and English.You are characterized by a structured way of working and a high degree of attention to detail in sensitive areas of responsibility. Ability to think and integrate thoughts across media channels to enable effective storytelling and performance reporting. You are familiar with editing texts for different target groups and with the use of content management systems. Strategic understanding, team orientation, "can-do attitude" and passion for the design & execution of communication strategies to achieve outstanding results. You are confident in using common tools (e.g. Office 365), Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and have knowledge in image and video editing (Adobe Suite). In den darauffolgenden Praxiseinsätzen wirst Du in vielen Bereichen in unserem Unternehmen eingesetzt werden. Du wirst an interessanten Projekten mitarbeiten und unsere Forscher und Entwickler bei Ihren Arbeiten und Projekten unterstützen.
Während Deiner Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in wirst Du Verantwortung für das Arbeiten mit unseren neusten Technologien und unsere neuen Produkte übernehmen. Während der Ausbildung wirst Du unsere eine umfassende Grundausbildung in allen Labortechnologien bei uns durchlaufen. Mit dem weiteren Fortschritt wirst Du immer mehr lernen, Aufgaben im internationalen Umfeld in Laboren zu bearbeiten und mehr Verantwortung für eigene Projekte zu übernehmen. The apprenticeship as “Chemielaborant/in” covers a huge field in laboratory technology. The apprenticeship as lab assistant starts with technical base-training at Provadis, the Leading provider in developing of Industrial Specialist and goes forward with assignment in different departments in our technical centers in Schwalbach/Taunus or Kronberg/Taunus.
During your apprenticeship as lab assistant you will be responsible for working on technologies for our new products or product technologies. At the beginning of your apprenticeship you will get the complete background in our technologies. By proceeding your apprenticeship, you will learn to work in our Laboratories in an international environment and you will get more and support our Researcher an Scientist on their work. You will learn, how to manufacture billion-dollar-brands in our plants.
During your apprenticeship projects can be done in several areas:
