    What you'll build

     

    As a working student (f/m/d) for video content creation and video editing, you will collaborate in a cross functional team to create videos and communication materials while adhering to SAP’s brand strategy and style.


    Your tasks will include:

    Editing videos to showcase our products and solutions to customers, partners, and internal audiencesProducing product showcases: Feature overviews, latest AI scenarios, how-to demo videosContributing to research support: Filming interviews and event footage, creating highlight reelsAssisting with internal and customer storytelling: Testimonials, case studies, team updates

     

    What you bring 

     

    Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in media, film, motion graphics, animation, or a related field (we encourage applications early in bachelor’s or master’s studies)Fluent English (written and verbal), German is a plus but not requiredExperienced in video content creation and editingYour portfolio demonstrates creative ideas, strong visual communication, and high attention to detailSkilled in project management: Timelines, versioning, naming conventions, asset deliveryStrong collaborator working with UX designers, researchers, PMs, engineers, content designers, and marketing teamsAble to work in a hybrid setup from the company location in Berlin, and remotely

    What you'll do

     

    The (Senior) Account Executive (f/m/d) (AE) role empowers the customer Schwarz Gruppe to achieve their full potential by strategically positioning SAP cloud solutions to address their unique business challenges and lay a strong foundation for future success. The role includes the following key aspects:

     

    Account & Customer Relationship Management:Serve as the end-to-end account owner, managing sales of cloud subscriptions, adoption  and establish a trusted relationship with the customer.Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure sustainable growth and achieve/exceed revenue targets.Gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s technology landscape, strategic goals, and competitive environment.

    3+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.3+ years of experience in Retail and / or Wholesale industry.Proven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environments.Superpower in navigating a complex customer stakeholder matrix combined with strong communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, competitive market.Strong negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription-based solutions.Full working proficiency in German and Business English.

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).4+ years of experience in live streaming infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or SRE, Linux administration.Strong knowledge of live video workflows (encoding, packaging, CDN delivery), secure streaming protocols (RTMP, HLS, SRT), and experience with AWS Elemental, Akamai, Vbrick, or similar technologies.Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash), automation, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and secure deployment practices.Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS) and TLS/SSL encryption, with hands-on experience troubleshooting CDN optimization and implementing secure configurations.Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or AWS Certified Security – Specialty, with understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and secure coding practices.Proven experience in 24/7 production environments supporting live events, with strong problem-solving skills focused on operational reliability and security incident response.

Our primary objective is to scale adoption and consumption of BTP cloud services hand in hand with SAP Business Technology Platform Customer Success Managers (BTP CSMs). Therefore we define strategies in partnership with the regional BTP CSM leaders, Product Management and Marketing & Solutions. We develop domain maturity journeys and consumption patterns helping to grow customers maturity strategically and increase cloud service consumption tactically. Conveying BTP CSMs we deliver strategic customer engagements and contribute to the common goal making our customers successful in adopting SAP BTP cloud services. All this to utilize growth potential and support customers in scaling and strategically improving their business models.

    As a SAP BTM (SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX) Solution Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact within the sales team for solution-specific questions. You will utilize your expertise to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer success. Your role includes strategizing, preparing, and delivering compelling solution demonstrations and presentations, focusing on maximizing the value and adoption of SAP solutions, including SAP BTM (SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX) products, content, methodology, and services. 

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    Provide deep, solution-specific expertise to support sales activities and drive customer adoption and success. 

    Deliver customized, engaging demonstrations and presentations, illustrating the value of SAP solutions and SAP BTM (SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX) products, content and methodology. 

    Strategically identify and qualify new opportunities, including conducting evaluations (Proof of Concepts, Request for Proposal, etc), emphasizing customer value, particularly in process mining, process management and enterprise architecture management. 

    Evaluate account criteria and assist in formulating strategic approaches for customer engagement. 

    Collaborate closely with Account Teams, Product Teams, and Implementation Partners to align on customer strategy, ensure successful deployments, and facilitate long-term customer success. 

    Leverage digital assets throughout customer engagements, maintaining detailed follow-up reports and communication. 

    Develop and maintain expert knowledge of SAP products, competitive offerings, and market insights, contributing to strategic internal projects and initiatives. 
     

    YOUR PROFILE

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred. 

    Several years of professional experience in Enterprise Pre-sales or equivalent roles in software/IT organizations. 

    Experience with Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Architecture Management, BPMN, process modelling, and process mining. 

    Exceptional presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills with proven capability to engage senior leadership (C-Level). 

    Fluent proficiency in both English and German required 

    Value Selling and Solution Value projection experience. 

    Familiarity with Cloud, SaaS/PaaS models, particularly in SAP ECC, S/4HANA and SAP Signavio. 

    Consulting or customer project experience beneficial. 

    Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is advantageous.

    In the role as a Business Processes Senior Consultant (f/m/d) for SAP SuccessFactors, you will deliver high impact HCM services through the full customer lifecycle. You will work together with other SAP Consultants, being responsible for the execution of projects and engagements
