Plan and align the IT Audit and IT Quality strategy with the CIO Develop and implement IT security and quality policies, standards and procedures together with the responsible persons at Motherson Group level Identify and assess IT security and quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures Plan, coordinate and execute IT security and quality audits, tests and reviews Monitor and report on IT security and quality performance and compliance Manage and resolve IT security and quality incidents and issues Provide IT security and quality training and guidance to staff and stakeholders Coordinate external audit partners for certifications (TISAX) based on measurable KPI and SLA IT spokesmen within his area for external audits (IATF and others) Your profile. Bachelor's degree, IT education or equivalent qualification Deep understanding of IT security principles and frameworks Familiarity with IT audit methodologies and frameworks Knowledge of IT quality management principles and practices and project management skills Expertise in the relevant IT infrastructure and technologies Strong leadership skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of current security technologies Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken Intercultural competence and willingness to travel What we offer.
