Are you passionate about shaping the future of IT procurement in a sustainable energy company? Procurement Indirect within Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Category Manager. The focus of the role is to manage the strategic direction of the category and the sourcing activities throughout Vattenfall. The target is a group-wide Category strategy alignment and impact to realize overall Vattenfall potential, for best of Vattenfall.
This role is pivotal and the person will be a part of the Indirect procurement leadership team.

Your profile
Proven experience in IT, Category management or strategic sourcing, ideally within the energy or technology sectors.Strong analytical and financial acumen, including cost modelling, spend analysis, and risk assessment.Proven ability to translate strategy into commercial models and procurement initiatives.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.Inclusive leadership style, with a track record of coaching and developing diverse teams.Academic degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).What makes you stand out
