As Senior Labor Relations Professional EMEA (m/f/d) you will be responsible for supporting and shaping the labor relations strategy for the EMEA Region, including Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, France, and Turkey. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the collective labor relations strategies, providing hands-on advice to HR and management, drafting agreements, handling compliance issues, and closely monitoring labor law developments across the region.

The position will be based in our Clarios EMEA headquarters office in Hannover, Germany.

What you will do
\n
As Senior Labor Relations Professional EMEA (m/f/d), you will use your expertise in employment law and pragmatic thinking to
\n
\ndevelop and implement labor relations strategies and initiatives for the EMEA region in coordination with local management and human resources, ensuring that operational, financial and employee needs are met.\n
provide guidance and support to HR and business partners on labor relations issues, including compliance with collective bargaining agreements, CBA interpretation and disciplinary actions.\n
draft and review company agreements, collective bargaining documents, and employment contracts\n
oversee and participate in negotiations and cooperation with works councils, trade unions and other employee representatives in Germany and other EMEA countries.\n
conduct research and analysis related to EU Labor Law Directives and their potential impact on the Company.\n
translate developments in EU Labor Law into actionable guidance, policies, templates, and training in conjunction with internal legal department.\n
drive process improvements related to company agreements in alignment with HR Directors and internal legal department.\n
collaborate with the internal legal department, including General Counsel, Global Labor & Employment and EMEA legal team.\n
investigate internal concerns raised through the Corporate Integrity Helpline as assigned by Global Ethics & Compliance Team or through local channels in compliance with EU Whistleblower Directive.\n
support developing and delivering coaching, guidance and training to build and promote best practices in contract administration and labor-management relations.\n\n
\n
What makes you a good fit
\n
\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field\n
A Master of Laws (LL.M.) with specialization in labor/employment law is highly preferred\n
Proven track record of successfully managing labor relations (working with works councils, trade unions, and other employee representatives at domestic and international levels)\n
Demonstrated track record of being a teacher, trainer, mentor to business partners on labor relations topics\n
Prior exposure to compliance topics or Helpline processes is a plus\n
Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach\n
Confident presenting and leading sessions with leadership and/or works council\n
Digital savvy, familiar with AI\n
Data analysis and consolidation skills\n
Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage\n\n

Als Manager Young Talents (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Nachwuchssicherung am Standort Hannover. Als Führungskraft und Business Partner bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für technische und kaufmännische Auszubildende, Dualstudierende, Praktikant:innen und Werkstudierende – über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg. Du führst ein diverses Team aus Ausbildungsmeistern, und Young Talent Koordinator:innen, entwickelst Strukturen, Programme und die Qualität der Ausbildung, sowie deren Aufbau und Skalierung konsequent weiter und stellst sicher, dass unsere Ausbildung auch künftig den hohen Anspruch erfüllt, den wir an uns selbst stellen – in einem Umfeld mit sehr unterschiedlichen Erfahrungsleveln Rollen und Generationen.

Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Employer Brandings für Young Talents inkl. Kooperationen, Schul‑ und Hochschulnetzwerken und Messen sowie Sicherstellung der Positionierung als attraktiver Ausbildungsbetrieb\n
Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer mittel‑ und langfristigen Nachwuchsstrategie entlang Unternehmenszielen, Skill Bedarfen und Zukunftstrends\n
Zentrale Rolle als Ausbildungsleitung, Business Partner und Vertrauensperson für alle Young Talents am Standort – von Onboarding über Entwicklung bis hin zu individuellen und anspruchsvollen Situationen\n
Etablierung und Steuerung eines durchgängigen Qualitäts‑, Prozess‑ und Governance Rahmens für Ausbildung und Praktika inkl. Auditfähigkeit und Compliance\n
Verantwortung für Recruiting‑ und Auswahlprozesse in enger Abstimmung mit unseren HR Business Partnern und Fachbereichen\n
Weiterentwicklung moderner Ausbildungs‑ und Trainingskonzepte im Einklang mit dem BBiG, dem JArbSchG, Ausbildungsrahmenplänen und behördlichen Vorgaben\n
Organisation und Steuerung interner und externer Prüfungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit IHK und weiteren Institutionen\n
Aktive Mitarbeit in externen Gremien, Netzwerken und Prüfungsausschüssen (z. B. IHK) zur Mitgestaltung von Ausbildungsstandards, Qualität und Arbeitgeberattraktivität\n
Unterstützung und Wissenstransfer zu Employer Branding, Messeformaten und Ausbildungsprozessen für andere Werke im Rahmen von Best‑Practice‑Sharing, Standardisierung und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung standortübergreifender Prozesse\n

Das bringst du mit

\nAbgeschlossenes Studium z. B. BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder ähnliches\n
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR‑Umfeld im internationalen Industrieumfeld, sowie ausgeprägte Führungserfahrung\n
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits‑, Ausbildungs‑ und Mitbestimmungsrecht, sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat\n
