    Pay Transparency:

    Beschreibung der Stelle:

    Als Teil des Teams im Labor Deutschland am Standort Stolberg sind Sie verantwortlich für die Freigabe der hergestellten Fertigware. Im Rahmen Ihrer Funktion als Technician, Laboratory, Germany führen Sie in unserem mikrobiologischen Labor Prüfungen an Fertigprodukten und Testungen zur Sicherung der Reinräume durch. Folglich obliegt Ihnen die Erhaltung unseres hohen Qualitätsstandards sowie die Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Auslieferung der Produkte an unsere Kunden.

    Ihre Hauptaufgaben

    Freigabeprüfungen von Fertigwaren und Rohstoffen entsprechend der vorgegebenen Prüfmethoden und Spezifikationen nach GMP-Richtlinien, DIN-Normen und Pharmakopöen Keimbelastungstests über Membranfiltration an Fertigprodukten, Rohstoffen und Prozesswasser Keimidentifizierung anhand von morphologischen Eigenschaften Sterilisationstest über biologische Indikatoren Umgebungsmonitoring von Reinräumen Arbeiten in Reinräumen (ISO 5, 7, 8) Durchführung von manuellen Luftpartikelmessungen Durchführung von mikrobiologischen Testungen wie Active Air, Passive Air und Abklatschtests GMP-gerechte Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen papierbasiert und digital Dateneingabe und -verwaltung in SAP

    Ihr Profil

    Entgelttransparenz

    Die jährliche Grundgehaltsspanne für diese Position beträgt €42,000.00 bis €45,000.00. Die angestrebte Gesamtvergütung wird anhand objektiver und geschlechtsneutraler Kriterien festgelegt, darunter relevante Berufserfahrung, Qualifikationen, Fähigkeiten, Marktvergleichsdaten, geografischer Standort sowie Umfang und Verantwortungsbereich der Position.

    Für diese Position kann zusätzlich eine variable Vergütung sowie die Teilnahme an weiteren Vergütungsprogrammen vorgesehen sein, entsprechend den Bedingungen der im jeweiligen Beschäftigungsland geltenden Vergütungspläne.     This is a hybrid position requiring the team memeber to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and management on all matters relating to occupational health and safety Further develop and implement the site-wide Health & Safety strategy in alignment with corporate objectives Ensure legally compliant implementation of all occupational health and safety requirements Manage and continuously improve the occupational health and safety management system Conduct risk analyses at a strategic level and derive preventive action programs Assess new technologies, equipment, and processes from a safety engineering perspective Lead and/or facilitate accident investigations, including root cause analysis, and derive sustainable corrective actions Further develop the safety culture through targeted communication and training measures Lead or actively participate in the Occupational Safety Committee Professionally represent the company in dealings with authorities, employers’ liability insurance associations, and external inspection bodies Support internal and external audits

    Education

    Completed technical degree (e.g., engineering, safety engineering, or comparable) Recognized qualification as an occupational safety specialist in accordance with the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ASiG) / DGUV Regulation 2

    Work Experience

    At least 3-5 years of professional experience in an industrial, ideally regulated environment

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Very good knowledge of occupational health and safety law Knowledge of corporate environmental protection, particularly in immission control law, e.g., BImSchG, or environmental management, e.g., ISO 14001, is desirable Experience working with authorities and external audit partners Strategic thinking, strong advisory skills, and confident presence at management level Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal initiative Very good written and spoken German and English skills

    Pay Transparency:

    The annual base salary range for this position is €62.500,00 - €79.600,00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

    This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
